The Aussie spirit of helping a mate is alive and flourishing in Rainbow. The effects of the dry seasonal conditions our Shire experienced last cropping season have resulted in poor returns on crops of all types. Despite this, big hearted citizens have still thought of those less fortunate and rallied together to do something about it by delivering hay and other much needed items to drought stricken farmers in Queensland. It is this tenacity that produces many great outcomes for the community and makes our towns great places to live.  See the full story in the E-Paper…
