The organisers of the Biggest Morning Tea event, which was held in Rainbow last Thursday, were extremely pleased with the attendance.

About sixty people enjoyed the tasty treats which were served at the fire station, with nearly five hundred dollars being raised.

For 25 years, Cancer Council’s Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea has brought together millions of Australians over a cup of tea in support of those affected by cancer.

By hosting or attending a tea, anywhere in Australia, participants will help the Cancer Council continue its life-saving cancer research, prevention, advocacy and support programs.

Thanks to the support of those hosting an Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea since 1994, Victorians have raised more than $30 million.
